Beginner students are welcome to any and all of our regularly scheduled classes! Teachers tailor movements to certain students abilities, so please just let them know of any injuries beforehand.
However, if you are looking for a class specifically for beginners, we offer a weekly class in the West Town neighborhood. Starting May 18, they will be held Thursdays (6:15pm – 7:15pm). Please see the “West Town” tab on our Classes page for all details.

Wear loose/comfortable clothing for your first class – a t-shirt and track pants work well. We recommend light sneakers and bringing a bottle of water.
