Beginner students are welcome to any and all of our regularly scheduled classes! We don’t have a session specifically for beginners. Teachers tailor movements to certain students abilities, so please just let them know of any injuries beforehand.

Wear loose/comfortable clothing for your first class – a t-shirt and track pants work well. We recommend light sneakers and bringing a bottle of water.
