This class invites beginning and experienced female capoeira students to train together under female instructors.

We hope to build physical confidence, healthy competition, and community.

Come join us and we will help you gain strength, flexibility and speed while having fun!

The class will include capoeira, maculele, and music and is open to all women and girls 13 years or older.
